DIY Tag Bookmarks

Hello everyone!!After passing through tough school days today i am going to share that how i made these beautiful and colorful bookmarks....Studies studies and studies there is nothing except studies in the life of poor students...i wonder would there be any day in my life without studies??i don't think so
that there would be any such day....i won't say that i am a bookworm or i don't do anything except studies but even if a student is doing other activities,the bells of studies are always ringing in their minds which never let them feel free...i guess i have wrote too much about studies and this may bore you so now lets go towards the main thing....While shopping clothes for this eid i received these two tags with my clothes

These tags were too beautiful and were not worth to be thrown into dustbin...i wanted to utilize them in some way...after thinking a while for what to do with these tags i decided to turn them into bookmarks as i saw in this tutorial from Khadija's lovely blog few months ago...as my tags were already too designed and colorful so i just needed to hide the brand name...to hide the name i drew flowers on them and painted with fabric paint

I covered the back side of the tags with black paper

Then i sealed them with a coat of mod podge

In the end i passed ribbon through them and VIOLA the bookmarks are ready!!

I hope you guys liked the tutorial...please don't mind whatever i wrote about studies...i know they are for our welfare but sometimes they really turn you mad....i hope you guys understand....feeling better after sharing my pain with you guys:)
